Curated stickers ship in 2–3 working days and arrive within 5–7 days of your order. Custom stickers take one extra day for our file check. Checkout shows the exact dates before you pay, and that's the date we hold ourselves to.

Free on orders over ₹499. Below that it's a flat ₹49 anywhere in India.

Yes, on orders up to ₹3,000, for a ₹39 fee. You can pay the delivery partner in cash or by UPI.

You'll get WhatsApp and email updates at every step: confirmed, printing, quality check, shipped (with courier tracking number), out for delivery and delivered. You can also check any time on the Track order page.

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. We reprint and reship free, or refund you, whichever you prefer. No need to send anything back.

Curated stickers can be returned unused within 7 days for a refund minus shipping. Custom stickers are printed just for you, so we can't take them back unless there's a print defect.

We print exactly what the approved proof shows. If what arrives doesn't match it, we reprint for free.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded by UPI.

Yes. All our vinyl stickers are waterproof and scratch-resistant, and they survive hand-washing. Glossy and matte vinyl also survive the top rack of a dishwasher.

No. The adhesive peels off cleanly for at least a year after you stick it on.

A die-cut sticker is cut all the way through, right around your design. A kiss-cut sticker is cut around your design but stays on a larger backing card, which makes it easier to hand out at events.

A PNG with a transparent background works best. For a 7.5 cm sticker, aim for at least 900 px on the longest side. The studio warns you if your file is too small for the size you picked.
